Exercise testing
The lecture for students of generally medicine 4th year – The field: sports medicine. Principles of performance (exercise, stress) testing are introduced. Oxygen consumption (incl. VO2 max) and lactate curve are elucidated. Indication and contraindication of exercise tests are introduced. Both ECG and symptomatic indicators of coronary heart disease are discussed.
